Your subscription gives you access to AI-powered recipe suggestions, personalized meal ideas, and a set number of credits to generate recipes each month. All plans include full access to 200+ cuisine styles, step-by-step cooking guidance, and your personal recipe library.
Credits are used each time you generate a recipe. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Once you run out, you can purchase an additional 500 credits for $10.00 — available to active subscribers only.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We recommend using your credits throughout the month to make the most of your plan.
Which plan is the best value?

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes! You can upgrade to the yearly plan at any time through your App Store subscription settings. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kitchy. Canceling stops future charges but you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Please visit Apple's support page or contact Apple directly to request a refund. We are unable to issue refunds directly as all payments are processed through the App Store.
My app is crashing. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall Kitchy from the App Store. If it still crashes after reinstalling, please contact us at kitchy1@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version.
I was charged but my credits didn't update. What do I do?

Please contact us at kitchy1@gmail.com with your Apple ID and purchase date and we'll sort it out as soon as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to investigate and resolve the issue.
